The project involves the creation of a shared living space, namely a co-housing community with 4 family units and a communal space, while preserving most of the agricultural areas. This conversion will integrate seamlessly with the existing characteristics of the site and will help maintain its scale, character, and authenticity. The site, previously used as a second home/office and pasture for horses, is intended for reactivation, aiming to create a living and cultural space on a domestic scale, while preserving the existing character of the place, without any extensions or significant modifications to the current buildings.
