The project entails the adaptive reuse and renovation of a traditional Brussels rowhouse, transforming it into a functional medical facility. The objective is to preserve the building's architectural heritage while reconfiguring its interior to meet the requirements of modern healthcare. The house will be restructured to accommodate multiple medical consulting rooms, ensuring a varied range of healthcare services. Collaborative spaces, including meeting rooms, will be integrated to facilitate interdisciplinary cooperation among medical professionals. Furthermore, waiting areas will be thoughtfully designed to prioritize patient comfort, while ensuring efficient circulation and accessibility throughout the building. The design approach seeks to create a harmonious balance between preserving the original charm of the structure and introducing new interventions that respond to the needs of a medical practice. The overall vision is to provide an optimal working environment for practitioners and a reassuring, patient-centered atmosphere, all within a rapidly evolving Brussels neighborhood.
